Each poster became an exercise in storytelling, capturing not just the visual essence of the games but also the emotions they evoke. Whether it’s the loneliness of the Temple of Time, the wonder of first stepping into Hyrule Field, or the bittersweet farewell of Majora’s Mask, I wanted every piece to feel like a window into a memory—one that fans could immediately connect with. By focusing on simplicity, I found that I could say more with less, creating images that allow players to project their own experiences and emotions onto them.

This project has been more than just an artistic endeavor; it’s been a love letter to a series that has inspired me for years. The Legend of Zelda has an unmatched ability to transport players to another world, and with this collection, I hope to do the same—inviting people to pause, reflect, and relive the magic that made them fall in love with these games in the first place.

No franchise captures as many emotions and evokes as many feelings in the player as The Legend of Zelda. Originally this series started off as a simple exercise of me trying to convey the spirit and all of the emotions you experience in as simple of a poster as possible for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

What resulted was a series of posters that has become my most signature work. A franchise like Zelda has so many wonderful locations and characters that it can be easy to go all-out and try and show everything to the player, but where is the mystery in that?

Exploring that idea, I was able to come up with a wonderful framing device for each individual game and include scenes all players would remember. In a world that is constantly on the verge of falling apart, sometimes the simpler, more calm moments are the ones that stick with the player the most.
